Will this work for CAT 6 A cable jacks?

BEST ANSWER: This will work with all "Keystone" jacks. If the product description for the jack says it's a Keystone jack like the shielded Cat6a jack I linked, then it will work with this wall plate. I've used this specific shielded Cat6a keystone jack with this wall plate without issues.

The cable actually terminated st the keystone( the square thing that fits into the 4 holes of this plate. Any keystone will fit there and the cat 6 cable should fit into a keystone so the answer is yes, this will work.

BEST ANSWER: The Cat7 compatibility depends on the keystone jacks put in it. You need to select jacks that are Cat7. Unless they are proprietary they should snap right in.

Keystones are fairly standard in the industry. If you can find a cat7 keystone, it should fit.

Does this come with white plastic dummy hole plugs so that if I only need to connect 3 keystone jacks, the 4th hole can be cleanly sealed?

Affordable and Decent Option
This product is quite sufficient for my purposes. It is not a premium quality, but it works well and was affordable. I used two brands of keystone jacks, including Monoprice's own brand, and they all fit snugly and flush to the surface of the plate. They mounted to the low-voltage mounts I bought without issue.
In all, I am happy with my purchase, and might choose these again for a personal home install. However, these plates may not be sufficient for professional or strict-requirement installations.

Doesn't work with Entegrade CAT-7 keystones
While the 1, 2, and 3 hole faceplates worked with the Monoprice Entegrade Series Cat7 or Cat6A RJ-45 Shielded Toolless Keystone Jack, the 4 hole faceplates were all too narrow.
The did fit the traditional plastic Monoprice CAT6 keystones.
