This is a single channel cable so it can't carry both the right and left audio signals, correct?

BEST ANSWER: Yes that is correct; you will need two separate cables to carry a stereo signal (left / right)

Can this be used as the "remote wire" between pre-pro and amplifier? I accidentally cut the one that came with my Marantz amplifier.

Exactly what I needed/expected
Just exactly what the description stated and very nice quality. It's super inexpensive and it's nice when you just need to buy bulk. I bought it mainly to connect my reel to reel to my mixer, and it works great! Would definitely recommend.

Used for Snowmobile Helmet Electric Shield Hookup
I got these to connect my snowmobile helmet electric shield to the RCA plug on my snowmobile to power the heated shield. What a great product and price. Snowmobile dealerships sell these for $15-$20.

I have an old stereo system in my garage and one of the cables to the speakers quit working. I replaced the cables with these cables and they work just fine.

Cables not included
I found out the attachments I wanted to hook up to my home theater needed cables that didn't come in the boxes. I ordered these from MONOPRICE and was so glad I did after I saw how much they cost at Best Buy. I saved a chunk of money and ended up with the high quality cables I needed for my system.

I buy these because they are "good enough" and there is not a better grade available. I would happily pay 50% more for a better quality cable. The conductors are very thin and the connectors are very light weight.

Nice cable used to connect my old video games systems to my LCD tv. This cable helped to reduce some of the interference I was receiving from my old cables.
