Do those 2 male RCA output 2 separate stereo signals? Or just two separate mono signals?
A shopper

BEST ANSWER: Its mono in and mono out.... no stereo connection at all... this device takes a mono (single channel) signal in and copies it into two output. You would use this if you were trying to send one signal from the stereo into two speakers.

Do those 2x male RCAs output 2 separate stereo signals or just mono signals like one right and one left?

BEST ANSWER: what ever goes in one end comes out the other end. If you are feeding two signals in, then you get one out that is a blend (not the best solution to a problem). if you are going the other way, you get the same signal in both male rca's albeit, at a reduced db. this has no processing power, or amp. It is just wires.

2 mono signals. Whatever the signal is coming in to the other end you will get out of both of the other ends. It can’t split a digital coax stereo signal into left and right.

I think this would just take one mono signal and split it into two identical mono signals.

It is like a Y-cable which splits the same signal (mono) to two outputs. Hope this helps.

When the female RCA end gets a stereo spdif signal and DA converters are attached both at the other RCA male ends, the signals come out from DA converters are stereo signals?
A shopper
on Jun 25, 2020
BEST ANSWER: A S/PDIF signal can already carry a stereo signal. This splitter is for using 2 different DA converters coming from the same digital signal. However, it can be used to carry analogical mono signals as well, as any other Y-splitter would.

Does the trick
The product is fine, but shipping was ridiculously slow.

Works good, quality control could use some attention.
I had to pinch the connectors on a couple of them. But, for the price it works great to guarantee a solid connection subwoofer.

Tight fit plugging into RCA jacks
Space is tight plugging it into the RCA jacks cords are inflexible needing extra space between speaker and wall or cabinet.

It does what it's supposed to do
My subwoofer has two inputs, but the receiver just has a single output. I got this to connect the "Left" and "Right" inputs on the subwoofer. This is completely optional. A single input is also perfectly fine. However, it seems to have boosted the subwoofer sound a little bit.
