How wide is the nut?
A shopper
on Oct 7, 2021
BEST ANSWER: I have the Red one but the nut is just shy of 1.7 so 1 11/16 would be about right. Just right for holding standard chords.

How much does it weigh?

6 or 7 pounds. It is not super light. It weighs pretty much proportionate to it's scaled down size. About 3/4 the weight if a full sized Stratocaster.

Specs say poplar body. I tend to avoid poplar as it is a soft wood.. Any problem with stripped screws, etc?

A great deal!
For the price, not a bad guitar at all! Fit and finish was very good. Action was a little high and needed a good set up, but overall a great deal!

Extremely Nice For The Money...
Picked up the blue one for a great price on Target's website when the Indio group I'm in made it known. Arrived in 5 days from California to Michigan in perfect shape. Filed the fret ends, lowered the action using the tune-o-matic style bridge, and I'm in L.P. copy heaven. This is my 4th Indio having the Tele, the Strat and the J-Bass. VERY happy with them all. Indio is my new go to for inexpensive yet good!

Good construction and finish. Needs set up, but not a problem.
At a price of $106.00 it is a nice guitar. I assemble and upgrade guitars as a hobby, so minor issues are not a problem. Pros : Nice dark blue color . Maple neck feels and looks really nice. This neck is about 43mm wide at the nut and the fretboard is flat like a LP. 12 inch radius , I think. Basically a C shaped neck. Pickups sound fine. Cons : Needs a set up. The strings buzz slightly. The fret ends are sharp and need attention. Not hard to fix and is commonly found on budget guitars. I'm going to replace the tuners and the nut with a bone nut blank and file it myself. Overall a good instrument at this price.

Cant beat it for the buck!
Nice guitar all around. Needs minor set up, but was close . It does need better tuners, but for the price, a VERY nice guitar. Finish is perfect!

Great Value!
It's a hundred dollar guitar so shut up. This plays just fine. I've had a chance to compare Indio to several other "budget" instruments: The 66 is as good as an competitor and that awesome LP styling. Buy one!

Great value
Great looking guitar at a great price. Sounds good and gigbag is a definite step up from most entry level guitars. Don't hesitate get these while you can!

Good for the money
I had to do some adjustments, and lower the nut slots a bit along with the bridge. And had to raise the humbuckers up.closer to the strings. All these were minor adjustments. Once those adjustments were done the guitar plays and sounds good and in tune.
