Can I Move the removeable piece to angle my monitors even more ?

BEST ANSWER: I think you mean turn the wedge shaped insert around 180 so that it lays with the thin endo pf the wedge placed at the stopper. instead of the other way around I dont see why not.
But keep in mind if yo do this, the angle may end up a bit too much , making the speaker prone to tipping over, esp tall speakers. In any case, for nearfield monitors, the angle seems pretty OK to me.
If you want more angle, you could make something out of wood, with taller back support, angled at what you want,, and just line that with the foam .

Yes- there are three angle options: flat, slight tilt, and more tilt, depending on how the wedge insert is turned (or not used). Most speakers should be quite stable in any of those positions, and there is a lip to prevent the speaker from sliding.

Stage Right by Monoprice Studio Monitor Speaker Isolation Pads (pair): Are these really 2 inches thickness/height? or are they actually 1 5/8 inch? I would like exact max thickness/height please.

BEST ANSWER: Mine are exactly 2" with a pair of JBL's sitting on them. They do the job of decoupling the speaker from the surface they are sitting on. Possibly the most cost effective audio tweak out there....TJ

What's the density of the foam (e.g. in KG / m^3)?

It looks like their is a right, and left. I have a large center channel speaker, that I need to angle up slightly…would these work for that purpose?

Low price, decent looking, great product.
ISO acoustics isolates any adjacent vibration from speaker. Amazingly improved center channel speech. Also added to upstairs book shelf speakers eliminating rattle from bookshelf and cleaned up the bottom bass. That said, I like room resonance but when it is a problem, this fixes it. ??
Now I can hear speech through the center channel clearly. Also have a pair for bookshelf speakers.

Better than I would have Thought
I put 2 pads, side-by-side, under my very large, very heavy vintage main speakers. They held the weight just fine, and fixed the vibration issue I had Ben having.

Effective and reasonably priced
My Mackie monitors would "walk" whenever I played mixes at high volume levels. These isolation pads fixed that problem and also enable me to angle them properly.
I have also found that isolating them from the shelf has improved the bass resolution and tonal accuracy, facilitating better mixes.
These are an excellent value compared to "name" brands.

generally too thick for me but still usable
I used them to tilt two pair of svs wireless speakers. I only used the thin wedges because the pads needed to be trimmed since the speakers are smaller than the pads -- I could not cleanly trim the thick pads. Regardless, the thick pads are much too thick for what I needed and their front is bulbous which is unattractive in my opinion. The trimmed thin pads look good.
speaker sitting on trimmed thin pad

Ideal solution
Perfect. I needed base isolation for my desk speaker set up, that wouldn?t break the bank. This was an ideal solution.
