I ordered two of these ukuleles, one for myself and one for my granddaughter. The instrument was attractive and well-built. It was easily the best uke I had ever played. The quality of sound and playability was outstanding. The tuner was appreciated; the nylon strings needed a few weeks to become stable. The case, extra strings, and strap were also appreciated. I'm now enjoying teaching my granddaughter how to play.

Great deal! I?ve purchased several instruments from Monoprice and have been very pleased with them all. I bought this for my grandson. His mother ordered one a few days after Nick got his so they can learn together.

I?ve bought about a dozen of these over the last few years to give a gifts or loaner ukes. Yes, they are made in China and Monoprice is not a musical instrument speciality vendor, but I?ve found that every one I?ve bought is consistently well made and set up correctly out of the box. And they sound good and are easy to play. The only changes I?ve ever made would be switching to a low-G string set.

Great quality for a very reasonable price. What's not to like. Third instrument I have purchased from Monoprice.com and I am consistently impressed.

It is a wonderful package, and fun to play.
