Very nice. Good quality cabinet.
•Pros: Foam lined full grill will keep dust and water off of cone and out of ports. Cabinet is well made and compares to Behringer, Peavey, ElectroVoice, Yamaha, JBL, or any others available. And at a much more affordable price. The xover looks very heavy duty with glue and zip ties securing components to the circuit board.
•Cons: HF driver seems a bit small, and, is going to be a chore to repair or upgrade. It will require complete disassembly and refit for different mounting, I would use a threaded adaptor for a screw on driver. Or make a different flange ring for a bolt on driver.
Only one handle, not a deal breaker, but ones like Rockville with 3 handles are much more ergonomic.

The 15” and driver look like typical Ningbo, 15” says 250 watts, driver says 35 watts, and looks like XYsound DE12.
These are "passive" speakers which are much better than "powered" type, it’s never a good idea to put electronics inside a speaker box !!! Avoid powered speakers by all means.
* The advertising states 1000 watts, which is 4 times the actual RMS rating. This B. S. (blue sky) rating is common nowadays, but don’t be fooled, use ONLY RMS power ratings for both amps and speakers. And whatever you do, don’t use an amplifier with higher power rating than the speaker, unless you like BLOWN speakers !!
Oddly, the threaded mounting inserts are not spaced identical, the top is actually farther forward than the bottom, meaning the cabinet would tilt slightly up, not desirable in most cases. There is a little dent where a 5/16” lag screw can be used on top which would give a better downward angle.

{If I wanted the absolute maximum performance, I would upgrade the speaker to a KappaLite, and the driver to PRV D290Ti (one of the best drivers ever made)}

To disassemble you will need a long #2 Phillips screwdriver, there are 16 screws. But it is not difficult. Be careful with the wires, they are short. Note the polarity when disconnecting the speakers, it matters a lot.
