It's a DMX terminator, all right.
Not too much to elaborate about here. A standard Monoprice XLR shell with a resistor soldered in. While it's nothing exciting, it does give me peace of mind that my lights won't decide to go all wonky at the wrong time. Another solid value from Monoprice!

Don't buy cheap EBay lights and expect a three-dollar terminator to make them work.
If nothing else they'll help keep the dust out of my XRL sockets.
