Thanks for the reply. Yes, I want to know if the outer casing that's grouping the 6 cables together can be easily split open and removed so I can use the cables separately. A 6 Meter cable with 1/4 inch TS Male to RCA male is rather hard to come by and this is the only one Monoprice sells in this length.
I want to run two of the six cables from my pre-amp to my powered monitors so I want them separated. Do think that each individual cable is shielded well enough to use in this type of application?
Trying to hook up two keyboards and an electronic drum kit to a small mixer, all using separate cables for each channel (total 6), was a huge nightmare, esp. dealing with feedback. This snake did the same job with ease at two subsequent gigs. The best thing is that it's shielded--no more feedback problems. Post-gig, I just roll it up and throw it in the bin with the rest of the gear. Oh, and did I mention that it costs only $20?
