The first one I purchsed the battery was bad and wouldnt charge....Monoprice replaced the second one that needed charging and seems to be ok...which is why I bought it to use where there is no 110 volt outlet...To make this a more versatile unit,I would have had guitar jacks installed as alternates with the XLR inputs so my acoustic guitar wouldnt have to use an adapter to go from 1l4"' to an XLR input. Also a reverb or chorus would complete the deal to make it more usable.The sound itself is wonderful and would recommend this as its portable and has a good output wattage.....Monoprice always has good products and I hope they do improve on this as it would probably.sell more....

These are decent speakers, as long as you are not expecting great fidelity. I was expecting separate drivers, one for the bass and the other for mids and highs. This speaker is nothing more than a coaxial car speaker. Everyone knows that car speakers are not hi fidelity. I'm thinking about replacing the speaker with two separate drivers with better frequency response. The amp is adequate for a battery powered unit. Bluetooth works well and the connections for in and out are quality.

Pretty good speaker

We were in doubt about these D1', based on mixed reviews of the D3. We went ahead and took a chance on four of them, since they were a great deal, and fired them up today for the first time.
Terrific sound for the size. Angles make floor positioning practical, as monitors or standing, great design. Absolutely perfect for our needs, lightweight yet sturdy, sound is on max but sounds great that way. We can't wait to hear it when the other pair arrives, this should be all the sound we need for our mobile setup.
Get them while you can.

I already own a BOSE S1 Pro, and wanted to try a "look a like" off brand speaker to compare. I noticed there was a president's day sale on the Stage Right D1 Speaker, and decided to give it a try! It arrived within just 3 days to my house. The build quality on this unit is pretty sturdy. Bluetooth links right up. This speaker is the best bang for the buck portable speaker out there imo. It weighs 3 lbs less than the Bose S1 Pro. It get's about 80% as loud as the Bose S1 Pro. It sounds good. It does not have the high fidelity, and deep sounding bass that the Bose S1 has, but nevertheless, the sound is still good. I am comparing a $130 speaker to a $699 Speaker. Bose S1 Pro on sale is $599, and this speaker on sale is $69.99. This is a AWESOME VALUE. I hooked a microphone up to it, and mic voice is excellent for a speaker of this size. Only downsides are that it only has XLR inputs. No AUX or RCA input, but you have blue tooth, SD card, and USB Flash drive input. I will use this as an extra speaker at wedding ceremonies and cocktail hour events. The battery also is rated to last up to 6 hours. That seems right. I used it for 3.5 hours yesterday, and it still had plenty of charge left in the battery. I totally recommend this speaker so far!

This is really a nice little amp at this price point. I dare say it competes with some of the small stage amps that other folks I know have. You do need a DI to plug your guitar in but I had DI's so no big deal. It's worth mentioning that the mp3 and Bluetooth stuff don't work on battery power. I use it as a stage monitor for the acoustic output of a stereo guitar that I use and it's line out runs right to the board. Great amp!

Perfect addition to my practice space. Amazing sound out of very small and lightweight speakers. Has true stereo pairing via BT and plenty loud even at 60W. Can't beat this combination of quality and price anywhere else. MP does it again!
