Are the receivers for the 600059, 600060, 600061 the same (i.e. are all the microphones/transmitters cross-compatible)? Do you plan on releasing the components individually for those who want a different configuration of microphones (e.g. one body pack, one handheld)?

BEST ANSWER: Side A and side B have different frequency ranges; I was able to use a single transmitter to sync to either side. So, I suspect they may be "cross-compatble".

What's the practical range of the various mics? i.e. humans will walk away from the receiver and turn around, placing their body between the transmitter and receiver. 80m is "clear line of sight" max range, but that's not practical.

Better than I thought it would be.
For the price it is decent. The transmitters and headsets look nearly identical to the set sold by Rockville? kinda cheap, but this package is nearly twice the price, so initially I was disappointed. BUT - that is where the similarities end. This Stage Right unit has multi channel frequency scanning to find the best transmission frequency and that feature made a huge difference in range and clarity. Before scanning and locking in the frequency it picked as optimal, the range was terrible ( worse than the Rockville unit) and as soon as you turned your back ( your body shielding the line of sight from the transmitter to the receiver) it would cut out. Once I scanned and locked in the optimal frequency the range was great and no cut outs. Good deal. The sound quality is better as well for the spoken word. The weak spots on the transmitter are the antenna connection and the microphone wire connection to the plug and headset?. Recommend reinforcement with heat shrink sleeves or tape
