I recently installed my home theater system in a cabinet that has access from behind through a secret door in another room (c'mon fellow geeks... you want that too! LOL). I had been using a rather lengthy XLR to RCA adapter to send audio to my 18" JBL subwoofer (yes, bragging), which impacted the usable depth of the cabinet. The Monoprice adapter solved the problem for me. The quality is great, as usual. The important thing is that I can rely on their products, and they didn't stiff me with high shipping costs on this relatively inexpensive purchase.

for a made in china product, these cables are much better constructed than brand name cables. the insulation is thick, but flexible. easy to install and connect. i purchased cables from other websites, but were much thinner... . a cable has to be durable, thick insulated and well built.... and these are....

High quality Cable and Connectors; heavy duty construction well suited for commercial and on-the-road applications.

All my computer geek friends shop a monoprice and say there is basically nowhere else as good. I have bought from here twice and have had no issues.

PROS: High quality, fast delivery, low prices.

CONS: None that I know of... hopefully their business model doesn't make use of near-slaves in China and elsewhere to deliver their products at these price points.
