I have two monitors: one that is 4K and one that is 2K. Whenever I plug in the 2K monitor into this hub the 4K monitor reverts to 2K and 4K is no longer an option for it. This hub advertises dual monitor resolutions at 4K@30Hz + 1080p@60Hz. What am I doing wrong?

Great USB dock. Works perfectly.
I plugged the dock into my laptop and tried the HDMI port and the LAN connection. They both worked well, right off the bat. Card reader and USB ports also worked as expected. No complaints. Nice aluminum case. Good build quality. Very happy with purchase. I recommend this dock.
