so if I have TV that's 4K/120 (LG C1) and another in another room (about 30 feet away) that's 4K/60 (Samsung Q60) this will not work? Will a EDID emulator help? My goal is to share my PS5 to both rooms, 1 at a time. If both needs to be on, then so be it. But preferably, just one at a time...

I have 3 4k monitors and one 5,120 x 1,440 ultrawide will this have any issues? Is there any way to manually select the output HDMI? I will be running these over 30ft any issue with an active cable?
