On the plus side it is fold-able, lightweight, and can be wheeled.
It comes ready to use except for installation of the wheels, which may take 5 - 10 minutes as the included wrench is somewhat awkward to use.
On the negative side, it is made from light gauge steel, and likely wouldn't stand much abuse. The wheels are especially light-weight considering the weight it is intended to support and move around. But if it isn't overloaded or moved very much, possibly they will be adequate.
If placed against a wall, as might be a common use location, the collapsible hinge mechanism and the wheel brake levers protrude enough to potentially mar up the wall or baseboard. I'll likely figure out some type of stand-off attachment to prevent this.
