Does this allow cutting of any length vinyl as long as the material is 12" wide or less?

I have none of those other cutters to compare with but i can tell you this is the best kind. First your money is going strait to the manufacturer no middle men, marketing, chrome trim or fancy doors its a pro grade, its got a light and it can cut and the manual says do not worry you cant break it, im cool with that.
