How does this charge a watch? It looks like you add the watch charger where that hole is on the right side of the T piece. Is there a port on the stand where you plug that in?

BEST ANSWER: Yea. There is a hidden USB port inside where the cord for watch charger goes with little door to hide it all. It actually works well. The core management works well from watch circle/charger to inside the hidden are with USB port.

There is a removable door on the bottom of the base which reveals a compartment containing a USB-A port that the watch charger plugs into. Mine also included a USB-A to USB-C converter.

Yes, there is a usb port inside the stand that you plug the watch charger into. There is a usb a to c adapter included as well so any watch charger will work.

For some reason my AirPods won’t charge when I put them in the tray. Any idea why?

BEST ANSWER: As long as the charging light on the wireless AirPods case comes on, then that means you have a wireless version of the AirPods case and it should charge perfectly. The charging spot has a silicone oval shape for easy placement.

I'm confused. My series 7 fast charger will NOT charge this at the full 5 watts then even though I'm using the Apple OEM charge right?

BEST ANSWER: I have a series 7 and for me it charges just as fast.. It has a USB A port for the watch charger, but it comes with a USB C adapter for the port. I also tried instead running the charger's cable directly to the USB C port on my MacBook Pro and didn't see any difference in charging times.

the reason your Apple watch series 7 is not charging fast is because the included wall adapter is only 18 watts, the series 7 watch charger requires at least a 20 watt charger to attain faster charging, just replace the 18 watt plug in charger with a 20 watt one

with the specs listing a QC charger at only 18 watts probably only 7.5 watts, iPhones charge best with PD chargers at least 20 watts for fast charging, not QC that is a android standard

BEST ANSWER: No the iPhone XS MAX does not have MagSafe charging. This is a MagSafe charger and is on a stand and therefore requires the magnetic connection. All MagSafe is backwards compatible with Qi charging, as long as it is a flat surface type of charger.

I did not look for a manual. However, It was like legos. Every part fit together perfectly. My only issue was I was not pushing hard enough to get the parts to snap together. So just get the correct angles and push hard. I have a His and Hers in my Master Bedroom and was both love them. Been using for a long time now. The MagSafe is Wonderful!

A great charging stand for the price! Only 2 negatives: One being that its base is a little light, and just needs a bit more weight in the base. Two that the magnet could be just a tad-bit stronger. Both of which or minor when compared to the cost savings of other charging stands.

Extra Cables
I have to connect my watch charger (1) to the unit's cable for the wireless charging port (2) and then to charge the phone I need another cable (3). It would be more convenient to just buy an all-in-one.

Solution to my issue
I have an iPhone, iWatch and Apple buds with the wireless charge case. This product charges all three at once with no issues. Just need to install the iWatch charger that came with your watch
