BEST ANSWER: It will tilt up and down like you are nodding your head. It will not pull forward or backward away from the wall.

What a flimsy mount...
This mount is so flimsy compared the the previous discontinued model. Someone made a choice based on numbers not, how good the product actually is and what people want to buy.
