This is a higher performance hdmi cord, It is hdmi for TVs that support hdmi 2.1. Regular hdmi cord does not support 4K at 120Hz

Does this cable have the giant round filter on it? It would be nice if there was picture of the cable coiled up. That would prevent the need for this question

I am now using the "braided" version of this cable (Monoprice 8K Certified Braided Ultra High Speed HDMI Cable) and the cable diameter is too large to fit 3 into the cable channel they go into. What is the diameter of this non-braided version? Is it smaller than the braided version?

Higher data capacity
I was having an issue between my TV and receiver. Turns out the HDMI cables I had didn't have the capacity I needed. These work perfectly.

Great cables and not expensive
You know what they say, it's not the cable. Well, they were wrong. I was getting snow and dropouts on my HDTV. I thought it was the Blu ray player or my home theater system. I already had 4k hdmi cables in the system. I was about to replace the player and took a chance on the cables. Sheesh! That was it! I could have chosen expensive cables but the Monoprice ones are high quality for less cost. They work!

Great HDMI cable
Needed a new hdmi cable for our new 4k Apple TV, it would on occasion flicker the screen, and we red somewhere that it could be the hdmi cable is not high speed enough. So we ordered this one and replace the old one and haven?t had a single problem with it since. Cord works great! Definitely recommend it.

Perfect
This replaced more expensive Belkin cable in my AppleTV 4K and OLED setup. No issues with 4K or Dolby Vision content. Don?t have an 8k setup to test 8k claims.
