BEST ANSWER: Put your airpods in the charging case, and set the charging case on this charger. You must have a charging case that supports wireless charging - it was an option for the AirPods gen 2 but comes standard with AirPods Pro. If your charging case has a small light on the front, it probably supports wireless.

It should, I have an LG V40 and it works fine, however if you have a fairly thick case you may have to try a few different positions with the phone on the charger to find the sweet spot for charging. Not a big deal.

BEST ANSWER: No it will not if you have a case on it. Even without a case the phone has to be perfectly aligned on the charger for it to work. You are better off with the 10w version which works way better than the supposed higher end model.

It says it will but I have a 13 max pro and am sending it back because it doesn't work. We also have a 12 in the house and couldn't get it to work on that either.

Yes. Apple says that iPhone 12 mini does have wireless charging capabilities up to 15W. They specify up to because it depends on the charger. As long as you use the included power brick and cable that are supplied with the charger, you should get optimum wireless charging performance.

The Google Pixel 6 specifically requires a "Qi-certified EPP charger" for maximum wireless charging speed. Does this charger meet that requirement? I don't see EPP in the specs.

Will this provide 15W charging for an iPhone 12? Seem it would have to be recognized by the phone as MagSafe compatible otherwise it would be limited to 7.5W. I don’t see MagSafe compatible listed anywhere in the description.

Is this compatible with Google Pixel 3? I just received it yesterday. At first it charges (Solid LED light on bottom of stand) up to about 88% then it stops charging and the LED starts flashing. Is this how it is supposed to work?

Is this compatible with the Google Pixel 3? When I first put the phone on the charger it starts charging and the LED on the stand stays on steady. When the phone reaches around 90% it stops charging and the LED starts flashing. It will not start charging again until I take the phone off the stand and put it back on, no matter how much time goes by or how low the battery gets. I can be watching videos and the battery just continues to drain.
Is this how it is supposed to function? My other chargers tend to keep the phone topped off in the high 90;s - 100%.

What are the dimensions of the charging bed? Specs has the overall charger measurements but I need them for the bed, as well. My other charger's bed was a bit too long for my case to sit flush.

Someone reported "Does not come with a manual"
I feel it is self explanatory. Some guy was getting "Heat " from his wife-"No manual". Very easy to operate. Lovely product as 99.9% of Monoprice items are. The problem is internal. This guys wife did not come with a manual. She came with an instruction sheet. "Return to manufacture for reprograming"-In the event of product defective, a new 2023 (Or newest) model will replace the earlier (Prone to defect) unit. They do not make them like they used to. We are getting better, newer , more user friendly "Units with upgraded and command response friendly software" with much less feedback and "Paperwork" from Japan. The new software listens, and interacts more efficiently and can easily & legally be discarded and or should you desire replace totally free of charge. Poor quality charger that does not work as advertised.
Only works sporadically, otherwise will stop charging after a few seconds. Tried with both Google Pixel 6 and iPhone 13, with and without cases. Ordered a replacement and the replacement behaves the same, and my return window is closed so I am stuck with this.

Can't charge iPhone through standard size cases
Only works with naked iPhone. Two different cases I have and use prevent the phone from charging on this wireless charger. Other wireless chargers I own can charge through these standard (not particularly thick) cases.

Fast, Easy Wireless Charging
It does exactly what it's supposed to do: Fast, easy wireless charging. Would be nice if the LED charging indicator could be dimmed so it's not as bright in a dark room (movie watching, sleeping, etc.), but that's not a deal breaker. Good device.

The device comes WITHOUT any instructions!
This device (and its brother 10W charger) use a series of colored lights and flashing patterns to tell you what is going on. Unfortunately, the device DOES NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS!!!! I have called multiple times and asked them to sen me the instructions, but they never do. If I WERE YOU!!!! I would consider "Passing" on this "good deal" Maybe then they will finally get their act together!!!!
