I got this keyboard on sale for $39.99 and am really happy with it. I wish there was software to control the lighting but oh well. Using the manual, you can figure out how to manually configure the keyboard lighting for a couple of modes (tied to Ins and Del keys). As a tip, create a sheet of paper with what key you want to map colors to, what colors, etc. If you don't program a key for 10-15 secs, the programming will stop. So if you don't know what you want to do next, keep cycling the colors on one of the keys till you make up your mind. I had to reprogram this thing several times till I created the cheatsheet and did it in one go. I would give this keyboard a 5 star rating if they add some software for the RGB configuration.

I got it for $39.99 plus tax. Can?t beat getting Cherry MX Browns for the price, plus the build quality feels good so far.

Keyboard works great. It is a nice size and I like the rgb effects. I will admit, immediately the lack of any software support was a touch concerning, though by looking at other models monoprice offers online I was able to find some explanation of how the function keys were mapped, and now I am very pleased. If I could offer any advice it would be that monoprice include some explanation of how the function key and what keys are mapped to it.

So far what recommend with the caveat that someone be able to figure out how the function keys affects the RGB lighting.
