BEST ANSWER: Yes, I got the metal shielded ones and they work great. I couldn't find them on Monoprice, but the name is "LINKUP - [GHMT & DSX8000 Certified] Cat8 Ethernet Cable Connector (12-Pack) RJ45 Metal Tool Free Easy Termination Plug | for 2000MHz 2GHz 40G Double Shielded Solid LAN Cable 22AWG-24AWG"

Yes, there are tool free CAT7 and CAT8 RJ45 plugs that fit this. I was able to make CAT7 plugs, but it was a very tight fit.
CAT8 RJ45 keystone jacks are pretty easy to find.

You can, but you need to make sure that it's sized and rated appropriately. Cable Matters makes a tool-free termination for this grade of cable that I would recommend.

Yes, but get one specifically for cat 8 if you want the max speed as well as power over ethernet (poe) capabilities.

Yes, but it needs to be a CAT8 connector. The wires are to thick for a CAT6 RJ45.

Of course you can. However, you may not fully experience Cat 8 transmission rate.

If the extra money doesn’t matter to me is there any reason for me to buy this bulk cable over the regular monoprice cat 8 bulk cable for pre wiring my home?

Yeah, check your Fire Code for residential retrofits. Pretty sure you'll need CMR rated for wall runs.

Yes, waterproof would depend on the termination type your using and unless its terminating in doors. As far as uv all it will hold up for a few years but depending on direct exposure to sunlight could last much longer.
