Purchased a 25 about two years ago works great. However very disappointed that Monoprice cannot even answer your customers request for info regarding pull handles or drain caps. The product is manufactured for Monoprice you surely have communications with the manufacturer. Please take care of your customers needs and your name and value will continue to grow.

I like the cooler, but the rubber straps broke in about a year. Anyone know where to get replacement straps? The ones I find on Amazon are too wide.

Awesome cooler with convenient handle and wheels.

Purchased this cooler on a Labor Day sale and wound up paying a third of what the market leader charges for their product. The first time I used this cooler my wife made the comment that "this is the first time I have brought refrigerated food home from the store and it was as cold as when it left the store". It is a 50 mile trip and takes about an hour. To say the least, I am extremely satisfied with the performance of the cooler.

Definitely a great alternative to the 50l yeti with wheels. It?s the same technology it?s not that complicated just expensive to make. The handle is very sturdy and great. It keeps things cold and is sturdy and robust. Best part you don?t need to loose sleep over your cooler getting stolen.

Really happy I didn't spend twice as much for the big name brand roto cooler. I put 10 lbs of freezer packs in here with prechilled drinks and they stay cold for 3 days.
Note that this wheeled version does make packing it a bit awkward because the wheel wells mean the bottom isn't square, because the cut outs. But that's inherent to the function.
