Do I need to purchase separate pole to extend it longer or the pole is with in?

BEST ANSWER: I mounted these to 12' ceiling and the pole is not very long. Monoprice doesn't sell the extended column for this Unit. I had to purchase a 2" chief column and it worked. I had to drill out the holes a bit for the bolts, but the monitors came down 15" and my client was much happier.

BEST ANSWER: when I got this unit, I went out to a hardware store / fence company to buy extension poles.

One of my monitors is hanging about a 1/4in higher than the others but are set to the same adjustment height on the mounting bracket. Is there a fine-tuning adjustment? Or a possibility that brackets holes were drilled slightly different?

Great mount with small flaw

Nice mount for the most part but would of liked to see some sort of locked position for when you mount it 90°. The bolts don't hold the pole fully vertical when TVs are installed, making the bar push backwards which give the TV more tilt. To fix the issue I set the TVs with less tilt.

Great mount, sturdy, adjustable and easy to install relatively

This mount is outstanding and there no way i could have installed these screens without it. It had every adjustment and tilt to line up the tvs. Just the right height to get below the drop ceiling

Front of mount with 3, 50inch vizio monitors
