This was a great purchase it was a gift for my husband , he uses it often.
His only complaint was that zipper is a lil tough

So far feels like really great quality. It took a little longer for it to ship with all the current market delays, but otherwise great!

I love this thing. I've had a large YETl soft side cooler for a few years now. While it worked as expected, it was difficult to load and get items out of it and just odd to carry. This fixes everything. Easy to load, easy to get items out and I love the backpack and free up my hand to carry something else. It keeps things cold for better than 24 hours with constant opening and closing. Just this weekend I forgot to bring it in from outside for a day and the beverages were still cold after more than 48 hours. Oh, and the price!!!

I bought it for $119.89, the next day it went down in price to $99.99. Monoprice refunded me $19 the day after i received the refund the Icechest price dropped again to $77.99 but Monoprice did not respond about the price drop.

I wish the backpack arms were detachable.

It is a high quality product but being that I am only 5'6" it is clumsy for someone of my size to use, this cooler would be great if offered in additional sizes.

The construction quality is top notch, very solid. The shoulder straps are very comfy as well!

I keep it in the back of the car or SUV in case we need to throw frozen items from the grocery store as well...
