Can you use this to connect two hdmi cables for longer runs?

BEST ANSWER: No, this would be used as more of an extender for difficult to reach HDMI ports as it has a female end and a male end. You would want a connector or coupling that is female on both ends for the function you're referring to. Hope this helps.

No, you would need an hdmi coupler, or a keystone would work too

How flexible is this wire?

BEST ANSWER: Very flexible: I installed a Roku stick into one of my HDMI input ports on the back of of my surround sound receiver but it adds too much depth for my receiver to fit all the way into my cabinet. This short flexible cable did the trick by allowing me to use it much as pictured to extend my Roku awayfrom the back of the receiver!

wonderfully flexible with a caveat, people tend to want to push the envelope creating a kink, then problems and blame game. without the kink the cable is as flexible as is needed.

Much more flexible than the braided cable I got from Amazon. I use it for my Amazon stick to attach to the back of my receiver and I really like this one.

I am installing an outdoor tv and cannot put my Roku device in the tv input compartment as it interferes with the WIFI connection....can this be used to connect to the TV inline with the Roku device....So my connection would be....Roku device - outside of tv cabinet, connected to this cable, and this cable connected to the TV?

BEST ANSWER: Yes it can! You just need to make sure you have USB power accessible to the Roku device. I actually use 2 of these cables to connect two Roku sticks to an HDMI display matrix and they work great. They were needed because the sticks themselves wouldn’t fit correct directly into the matrix.

Yes this should work. I am assuming your Roku device is similar in appearance to a flash drive or an amazon fire stick? This is essentially the same way of connecting a traditional Roku to a TV with a regular HDMI cable.

Is this extension cable more flexible than the previous type Monoprice Certified Premium High Speed HDMI Cable, 4K@60Hz, HDR, 18Gbps, 28AWG cables (Product # 15427)?

Hey there, the extender is the exact same flexibility as the hdmi cord, it just has a different end where you plug in the 3 foot. Hope that helps!

I currently have a 50ft ultra active series High speed, 4k@60hz 28 AWG HDMI cord that has come up short. I need a 1-3 foot extension, would this cord work with the one I have?

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question.
Maybe but we cannot guarantee it would work since active HDMI cables need to be connected directly from your source device to your display.
