In case anyone is looking at the weight in the above answer, per the manual the refrigerant and the weight are incorrect. The manual has these listed as:
Refrigerant 32g
Weight 34.2 lbs. (15.5 kg)
Except for these two typos it is really handy to have all these numbers at our fingers. Thanks Krystle!

Approximately how many 12oz/16oz cans or 22oz bottles will this hold? In a traditional 30L~ cooler it will hold around 38-45 cans. Based on the pictures this doesn't seem to hold that many, but that's why I am asking.

BEST ANSWER: I asked this of monoprice 5 months ago. (That’s 7 or 8 Months in metric, hey?) They’ve yet to respond. If they ever do, they could CC nowar-at-telus-dot-net and they’d get a positive review of their product. Because other than this, it’s mostly sound.

Died on first trip 12v system faulty
worked great on 120v adapter for a month. Used it once and after an hour F! error on known good 12V system. Tried directly connecting to a fully charged Deep cycle 12v and it did the same thing. tried it again on the 120V adapter and same error. Shuddering and electronics fail. Can't return. Hope the replacement is somewhat better.
Plastic housing cracked by display which mow floats freely and buttons do not function. Poor design.

Awesome portable fridge
I go on road trips with my dog. This keeps his and my food and drinks cold and fresh. Love this fridge. Amazing investment. It's durable and I plug it into the outlet on my Tacoma and with a Tonneau cover it still stays cool and draws around 45watts max.

Dead after 3rd trip
Fridge dead when we tried to pack it for our 4th trip with it. Figured it would last a lot longer than that. No power, nothing.

Convenient but capabilities in upper part not as good as lower area, so not 30L
I set the freezer set at -4 degrees F, I noticed that the area of the unit that is in the upper area light grey plastic part took nearly a day to fully freeze whereas the part of the fridge/freezer in the dark grey section (bottom half) froze quickly. The freezer was filled with all the same brand ice packs.
Given this observation, I'm hesitant about the temperature reliability in the light grey zone making the capacity of the unit less than the listed 30L.

Quiet and efficient for what it provides
I bought this for future road trips, because I've always wanted one.
This exact one is available under a lot of different names, but I want to hope Monoprice takes the pick of the litter before reselling. And yes LG making the compressor is a big deal. It is similar to a store brand lawnmower, but with a Kohler engine. The paint and finish might be different, but the main part is from a reliable company.
I've had several of the (cheaper) Coleman (or other brand) thermo-electric ones, but those just use the peltier effect and make more heat than they cool. They take hours to cool warm items. The Pure Outdoor is a true refrigerator. And it uses the same or less power than those!
The temp gauge, based on my IR thermometer reading, is the temp of the floor of the unit, and not the air temp. So I have this thing set to 27 to achieve low 30s in my beer. I am guessing this was done to minimize power/frost/cycling. Opening the door for instance doesn't automatically cycle the unit, and since multiple on/off cycles kill compressors, this is a smart design.
I already have two full size refrigerators in my house, but I thought why not test this out, and make it a beer fridge, and keep it around 30 - 31 degrees (I really like my beer cold.) So far, it is working flawlessly 24/7.
I am anxious to use it on our next road trip both in the car and the hotel.

Great fridge for social distancing
Powered the cooler up shortly after it arrived, loaded it with some beer to make sure everything worked well. It's been running for a well and everything is working very well so far.

Solid mid-sized electric cooler
This is a great little unit for car camping and the like. 30-liters isn’t full-on mini-fridge sized, but it’s enough to see it as a midsized cooler.
We’ve run ours on car power, household AC and an external battery pack (Jackery explorer 500). Set on ECO mode to minimize spikes in power draw, this cooler ran for nearly 3 days off our Jackery — which is great, by my thinking.
The only design element I think could really be improved is the orientation of the compressor. It’s horizontal, across the top, and creates a pocket below that you can’t see. That means you have to partially unload the cooler to see what’s hidden in that zone. This could have been fixed with a perpendicular orientation filling in one corner. Silver lining? That pocket is the perfect size for a 6-pack of 12oz cans. Pick your beverage, folks.
