Can this be used with/on open flame 🔥; day with a SoloStove and will it clean easily after or stain from heat/flames?

BEST ANSWER: I suppose you could use it with the stove because it’s wicked tough to scorch titanium.

But it’s probably not a good idea, because this is a double walled cup. It would be like trying to boil water inside a thermos by putting the thermos over a fire - possible, but not easy.

The single wall cup is a better bet if you want it to double as a pot.

Great much for camping/hiking

This mug is double walled and very light weight. Great for backpacking. Even good for car camping where usually not concerned about weight. Sturdy, keeps my coffee the way I like.

Great Mug

You can't have it all, but this is well made and feels nice in the hand when drinking warm beverages. It can come on adventures and be filled with all kinds of things. Use now even when I don't have to

Wish I had this mug when I was on a 30 mile backpacking trip

This 450 ml mug is double walled and half the weight of any single walled stainless mug.

Likes:
Titanium design will not rust or corrode.
Light weight and double walled.
Handles flip out or away depending on your preference.

Dis:
Double wall construction does not provide efficient insulation for hot or cold drinks.

For the price, would get 2 more.

My favorite backpacking companion

Great mug. Extremely well made; amazing handles, pretty much indestructable. Keeps coffee warm for a good long while. Doesn't weigh much. Works well with a pour-over coffee filter.
