BEST ANSWER: Not sure why you would need that? I purchased it to connect my monitor that is a little farther away from the computer and it works with the 1.2 spec just fine. I have not had any problems with it at all. Could you explain why you need the 20th pin unplugged?

Will this run 2560x1440 and G Sync? (forced on a Freesync monitor) (also the monitor is the Dell s2719dgf with Displayport 1.2 if it makes a difference)

BEST ANSWER: Can't measure exactly but it's a little thicker than an average PC power cable. Maybe 16-14 AWG.

Does it have chroma subsampaling 4:4:4 at 4k 144hz? And does it require 1 or 2 1.4a displayport to achieve 4k 144hz gsync-freesync 4:4:4 chroma?

Perfect for 4K displays

Does what it's supposed to do.
It's a DisplayPort Cable, and it works. I ordered it for my little brother's PC setup and it seems to have not given him any issues. Looks like everything's working fine. He's connected to a 4k display @60Hz.

Always a great value with Monoprice
The cables worked perfectly. I needed 6 ft length cables because of where my PC is located in relation to my monitors. The picture is outstanding. I would have paid double the price (at least) elsewhere and the quality of the Monoprice brand matches what can be found at your major computer supply stores.
