These speakers rock! They produce good sound and you don't need a subwoofer with them if you are able to bump up the bass on your computer. I use them with an external sound card and the combo is awesome!

Perfect. Please note that these are reference monitors. They let you hear what the music really sounds like. They are not for thumping, wall rattling bass or glass shattering treble. I use them to mix original songs that I record. That means I need to hear what the song actually sounds like. These speakers are wonderful for that application.

I was a "hifi" speaker product manager my entire career (45 years of hifi!) Now Retired. These compact self-powered two-ways are a STEAL. The frequency response is smooth. The bass is outstanding. It goes deep and is never boomy. I have them plugged into the headphone out of a TV, sitting on little stands. Highly recommended.

Good deal! Good bang for the buck

I do a lot of talking head videos and needed something to pair with my MacBook pro running Davinci Resolve. These speakers are amazing for that. The clarity on the high end is amazing. NOt a lot of bass but please don't think that they aren't perfectly balanced because they are. I've had much more expensive speakers but these are much better. Don't hesitate if you want for video editing.

Nice speakers in a teenager?s room. The Bluetooth works well, I haven?t noticed a drop off in volume or sound quality. The build quality is on par with its price

I bought these speakers to replace an older Bose computer speaker system that started to slowly die on me. Since I use these speakers on a desktop configuration, the idea of Bluetooth appealed to me to reduce the wire clutter. In fact I decided to move the speakers to the bookshelf behind me, rather than on my desk, to clean things up even more. This was an issue because the Bluetooth USB dongle I was using was not powerful enough to reliably connect to the speakers (about 8 feet). So I ended up getting an Intel Bluetooth card for my PC and this seemed to help a lot. Initially the speaker sound still "skipped" once in a while with the new Bluetooth card, but I haven't had any problems the past couple weeks. So who knows - but be warned that the Bluetooth on these speakers is a little finicky.
Other than that the speakers are really nice. They look great with a high quality finish (on the web site they look quite carbon fiber-like, but IRL they look more dark gray to me).
