What is on the base of these - is there a "rubber" grip?

BEST ANSWER: It’s just metal, the base is flat. Bought these for my wife she has yet to tip them over despite usually placing them on the floor.

There is no rubber, It is the same metal with a finish like the sides. Mine is rose colored like the rose colored sides

No rubber on base. The bottom is of same metal as rest of outside of cup.

Great for outdoors

Perfect for outdoors and also on the boat. No chance of breaking as there would be with a conventional wineglass with a stem.

Great item! Great Price. Very nice looking.

I know this advertises for wine, but you can put whatever you want in there. I have used mixed drinks on hot day and hot drinks (coffee) on cold days.

I got a couple more for my parents who have an outdoor kitchen. No glass next to the pool and keeps beverage temperature stable. Looks very nice.

Just don't scrub the outside with harsh abrasives. Not a fault of the product. you should never need to do that and it will scratch the finish.

Nice but only 8 ounces to the top

They are 8 ounce exactly to the top but a glass of wine should be 5 ounce so it works perfectly. I like it better than the giant insulated wine tumblers. Giving as gifts, but will have to say the package says 9 ounce but with a measuring cup it's really only 8.

Perfect smaller size

These are great for a smaller quantity of liquid; wine, etc. Our granddaughter loves this for her juice and is less likely to spill.

Good quality

Very nice. I have some larger similar tumblers but wanted smaller ones for white wine outside in the summer (lid to keep bugs out and thermal to keep wine cool) and for my wife who doesn't need the larger volume. Keeps hot and cold beverages at a good temp for a long time. No problem with the lids leaking.
