Very high quality, looks like they will last forever!! I was surprised to figure out that they do not fit into the Monoprice DJ Style over the ear headphones. I assumed that because they are both Monoprice branded products that they would be compatible.
Kudos to Monoprice service, they replaced the headphones. But it turns out the cables and headphones both work fine as long as they are not used together.

This is the best aux cable I’ve laid my hands on. The wire is thick and sturdy, and comes with no kinks which is a big plus. The only negatives I can think of is that the connectors are plastic, and it would have been nice to see metal at this level, but it’s fine and doesn’t affect usability. Also, the cable is so heavy that whenever you move it twists the plug while it’s plugged in. If the connection is clean then this shouldn’t be an issue, but if there is dirt on the connector it could cause crackling in the signal. Anyway, great product, would recommend.

Of course these things look decent. They feel even better. The build quality is top notch and thus I expect these to be as durable or bettter as anything else out there. It’s thicker than all my other cables which leads to the most important feature : sound quality. With digital cables cheap lines will sound the same as expensive ones over short(sh) runs, but with analogue various build quality elements do matter. Monolith cables utilize superb materials & design that results in a clear improvement in sound quality over all my other cables, several of which are higher end than typical. I wasn’t sure I would be able to detect an obvious difference but I do even simply listening to music generated from my Echo Dot to my Marshal Acton speaker. Not a bad price either. Highly recommend to audiophiles like myself.
