There are two issues with this item:
1. The bushings that connect to the faceplate are secured by soft plastic. Over tightening the faceplate can pull these bushing out of the insert and destroy the plastic rings holding them.
2. The "ears" on that same section (near the bushings) are made of soft plastic and will deform if mounted to a surface that isn't flat (such as the low voltage outlet boxes sold at many big box hardware stores); this is an easily solvable problem as they are easily removable.

It look good. As described. Too thick for leviton decora plates. There is a visible gap between the wall and the plate.
