No issues or complaints after 1 week! The product is compact, looks good and works great with my Surface Laptop 3!

While the adapter has served me pretty well over the past year and 9 months, the connection is poor, especially for the ethernet port upon which I rely for connectivity -- thus the two star rating. I had thought it was the internet itself or something else because my other devices plugged into it seemed to work fine, with the exception of the monitor via VGA which I blamed on the old monitor. But recently, the connection has been working less and less, I "USB device not recognized" has started to pop up on my screen incessantly. Also, I've since used another ethernet adapter to my same USB-C port and it worked just fine. So I've come to terms that my expensive purchase was a lemon. My hope is that they'll replace it.

So far, I have only used the ethernet and VGA ports . Both have worked well. It is a very good looking device
