This is USB-C to USB 2.0 Type B, which is an unusual cable configuration not commonly available. Fortunately Monoprice has it in a 2M length. I used it to connect and Android phone to output to a Topping D50s DAC to provide an external input to breathe new life into one of the many obsolete infotainment systems in a car more than a couple years old.

Have an older M-Audio recording input that runs off USB power. Still works great, but I got a new laptop with only USB-C ports and in using a USB-A to C to adapter, I was getting a high pitched buzz over all of my vocal recordings. An internet search revealed it might be because of power over the cable vs the power over the adapter, so I ordered this cable and crossed my fingers. Works like a charm! High pitched whine is no more =)
