Hi - need some advice on my application. I have a 40 foot run from living room back to my AVR closet. I would like to use these cables to connect an old XBOX 360 and a bluray player in the living room media console back to the AVR in the rack. Given these cables are active, will they work in this use case and which end should be "source" and which end "TV"? I am thinking the end labeled "TV" would be plugged into my AVR but I am not sure. Any advice would be apprciated.

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question.
These cables are made to go directly from the source device to the display.
If you are not using them in that situation we cannot guarantee they would work.
I would only use them out of the AVR if you have to use them.

Does this support ARC?
The description says all features of HDMI 2.0 are supported, but in the reviews of the prior generation fiber optic slimrun cables, people complained ARC didn't work even though they thought it should.
