Right from the beginning it didn't work very well. It would cause the crackling and would cut out if moved. I was able to live with it until about 2.5 months later when it just died. The other thing, it was also not a tight fit between an aux connector and the dongle. the couple times I took it to the gym because I forgot my wireless headphones, under the slightest pressure from my headphones the dongle would disconnect.
My son needed a new USB-C audio adapter for his phone. I bought 2 figuring we would havev a spare just in case. They worked okay, but from the beginning they did work as well as the original one that came with the phone. They were a bit quirky with the Motorola phone. One month later, both adapters no longer work. They cut in and out constantly. The search continues for a suitable replacement for the original adapter that came with the phone.

Works but only barely
tested with several sets of headphones.
have to plug the headphones in about half way in order to get both channels to work.
of course since its not seated it can move around and you'll loose audio in one ear periodically.
I'm sorry to hear that, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com with a detailed summary of the issue you are experiencing and our knowledgeable Technical Support staff would be more than happy to assist. Thank you
