Can this pass 4K HDR and CEC?

BEST ANSWER: There should not be any problem passing CEC functions through this port saver.
For 4K and HDR, it will be highly reliant on the remaining devices connected through this adapter, and will be hard to ensure full compatibility.

The Roku streaming stick + passes through 4k HDR, HDCP at 60hz perfectly with this cable.

Loose Fit
The female HDMI port was extremely loose fitting. So, loose that the cables own weight would cause it to slip off the HDMI cable it was connected to. Had to use a pair of pliers to gently pinch the HDMI port to allow for a tighter fit. The fix worked, but is should have had to be done in the first place.
