Sure, as long as their cumulative distance from the receiver does not exceed 100 feet! :)

Do these speaker wires heat up? I am looking to run the wires for all 4 in-ceiling speakers on the wall and cover them with a cable concealer. Will this generate heat? Any thoughts?
New User U
on Nov 24, 2020
BEST ANSWER: All wire produce some kind of heat due to the level of current flowing through the wire, but the good news is that this cable is capable of withstanding my 1000W vehicle audio system at high outdoor temperature sometime reaching to 110 degree. It should be safe to install it inside a house wall with a cable concealer easily.

I have never had speaker wires heat up from carrying an audio signal. If they do, you have a serious problem. Note: these wires are meant to carry audio signals only (speaker outputs from your amplifier), they are not meant to carry electrical current.

They don't heat up for my use, but I don't use them heavily. They are not rated for in wall use though. They do however make an in wall rated version of this wire you'd likely be better suited to use.

I am running 10 foot lengths of this speaker wire to an incredibly inefficient pair of floor speakers and even at high volume appreciate no heat in the lines.

I have not counted (and used all my wires, so not going to detach a speaker for that), but I would say more than 30.

Can this wire be run in-wall?
A shopper
on Feb 19, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes, but to be safe better to run in conduit. I have made attic runs but wall runs are always tricky due to electrical, plumbing and yes, the drywall screw..

Depending on where you live, there may be laws that require you to use conduit. This is generally the better way to run any wires in a wall.

.....very nice.
This product and the gold-plated banana clips were the final addition to my new audio system. The wires are very robust and definitely add warmth and depth to my speakers. I had previously been using 16 gauge on 6ohm speakers, so the added heft allows for better sound quality.

Small price for a great upgrade.
Purchased this wire twice. First time was for a short run in my audio room.
This last purchase was for a longer run, (35ft). I used this 12AWG wire with the Monoprice banana plugs. The wire is quite hefty, but is still flexible enough to run along baseboard etc. without any issues.
I recently upgraded the power cable on my amp, and along with your wire I can notice a clearer more refined sound with a wider soundstage. Seems like the pair work well together, at least for my ears.
Only negative I can report is after the 12+ months I used the first wires, I noticed a small amount of oxidation in the copper. Did not seem to affect the overall sound, but the new set up definitely kicks.

Quality wire
I rewired my whole sound system yesterday and I swear I can hear a difference! But even if I'm imagining it, I'm not imagining the excellent quality of this speaker wire.
