What wasn't obvious was that the color indicators on the loader's label correspond to the final attachment points of the wires, not necessarily the layout of the entry holes on the loader.

Anyway, it's all retriable, which is great. This photo would have saved me two tries.

Also note that the strain relief doesn't fit my U/FTP cable diameter, so I had to cut back more outer cable insulation to be able to use the strain relief piece.

This product worked well with the thicker wire. Somewhat pricey, however, the shielded version was even more expensive. I haven't had any issues so far with these non-shielded ends.

The instructions aren't as clear as they should be (the images are tiny and very hard to see). But once you understand what they're wanting you to do, it works great.

Great way to terminate shielded Cat6 23 AWG wires. Easily accommodates these wires where other connectors choke on them.

These modular plugs give a good connection to the wire the first time they are compressed. Make sure you use a pliers to press down on the wire receiver to make a good wire connection. It takes some time and patience to get all the wires in the carrier. Clipping off the excess wire can be a pain. I purchased them because normal Cat 6 plugs are for AWG 28/29 wire and these work with the thicker wire. They are a bit bulkier that the normal plugs but, work well for long cable runs that need plug termination.
