I am now able to connect my work laptop to my larger monitor. The monitor was originally connected to my desktop via hdmi leaving only the dvi port available. Works as advertised.

Cable was thicker than I expected. Not as easy to move on desktop. However, it does work well with my monitor

I recently upgraded my workstation PC. Got a more responsive system, but lost the DVI port. The monitor is still in excellent condition, and is well suited to my needs. Problem is: it only accepts a DVI source. In my particular setup, there's no space - on either device - for a bulky, heavy, port-straining adapter. This cable offers what seems to be the perfect solution. It's well made, a neat fit, and performs great. There is absolutely no degradation of the monitor's capabilities. Super product!

These cables are well made and heavy duty. They seem very durable with a woven abrasion cover over the cable. The drawback to this is that they are not very flexible, and as we use these to connect to monitors on articulating arms and with built-in cable management, The cables won't bend enough to run them through the cable management clips. Just have to let them hang which doesn't make for a very neat install.

The cables are a much larger diameter than I expected, but they work well and at a great price.

I have purchased several items from Monoprice in the past and have never been disappointed. A great company with great products. The cable is heavy duty and works super.

Monoprice never disappoints. If I need some odd cable or fixture sure enough they have it and will deliver what I ordered in a timely manner.. A real friend to the hobbyist. The cable I ordered was exactly as depicted and performed beautifully.
