It was a little difficult the get all of the cables to sit correctly in the wrap but, once it was finished, it holds it perfectly! I'm very happy with it! If you're wondering if you can use this to run the 4 cable method, it will adequately hold 3 cables to run back and forth between your pedal board and your amp. If you buy the Monoprice 20ft cables, this will fit them perfectly. This is a much cleaner cable run than having 3 cables traverse the distance from pedal board to amp.

Super easy to use, much better than other cable management, as it doesn't hurt your fingers to get cables into it, and it looks good.

However, some other spiral wraps I've used have not unravelled as easily as these do. The way it is braided tends to unravel 1" to 2" of braid quickly if you don't burn the edges extensively after cutting it.

Also, note the large size is very large, and the small size is pretty small. I would like a size in-between the large (32mm) and small (16mm) sizes offered here - the large size is a little *too* large, even after putting in a power cable, two HDMI cables, two USB cables, and an Ethernet cable it's still go a lot of unused room in it. However the small size is too small for more than a couple small cables. An option for a 1" (24mm) would be perfect.
