Do Need to use the satellite speakers? Can I just use the sub with my 70v system? Can I use 4 of these subs with your 4x120w mixer/amp and also use the 6.5" 70v speakers? will all these components work together?

Monoprice BGM 4.1 Indoor Outdoor 6.5-Inch sub with 4 x 2.5-Inch Satellites, 70V and 8-ohm incl Mounting Hardware (No Logo)

BEST ANSWER: You do not need to use the satellites. You can use with additional 6.5" speakers. Just run them all parallel. do not use the sub outputs as they are only 8Ω outs.

I find it hard to believe that the 6” models have the exact same frequency response as the 4” models. I assume this is a typo, or do they really have identical specs?

BEST ANSWER: Thanks, we'll get that fixed. You are right. The 6.5 will go down to 100Hz.

great value

The speakers provide good sound and the price is fair. The only complaint I have is it's very difficult to insert speaker wire into the connector when you are on the ladder with one hand holding the speaker and the other hand pushing the button and inserting the wire into the opening!

Great sounding with plenty of low end

Speakers sound great and are easy to mount but the only thing I kind of hate is how dam low they made the tiny little hole where you insert the speaker wire ends into? It SUCKS
Trying to hold that speaker in one hand and trying to insert the dam tips of the wire into them. Please fix that Monno price.
