BEST ANSWER: It is definitely HDCP compatible. This is my main cable from my Denon AVR to my JVC projector. No problems passing protected content (Netflix 4k, UHD blurays, AppleTV, etc.).

Are any of these HDMI fiber cables the fiber-only type? Most are fiber with copper also to connect the ground on each end. I need to isolate each end, so I cant don't need the copper...

So far so good!
I'm using a 100ft and 150ft fiber HDMI cable going from an Atlona 8x8 HDMI matrix to two 4k TV's. No issues and incredible PQ.
I'll be getting my Nvidia Shield up and running next week to test some direct play 4K HDR material - I'll report back if any issues.

Perfect Results
I have 2 of these cables. A 50' length for my projector and 100' length for my remote operated computer. These both connect to my receiver. Works perfect.

I bought tow of these. 75' and 100'. Both passed 4k HDR signal fine. Then within a month of installation the 100' one just died. No signal at all. No changes were made after the instal, no physical damage. Just stopped working. The 75' one is working fine. Monoprice replaced the cable but now am a bit skeptical about it's long term performance. It cost me a lot of money for the initial instal to get the cable put in by my installer and then again this time. Now with the replacement cable in yesterday it's so far working. Let's see if it lasts.
