I'm not so sure. In principle it should as all of these cameras use pretty typical PoE and video protocols. But I found some stuff on the Lorex site where they say at least some of their NVRs don't support 3rd party cameras. Google for "LNR100 compatibility notice" and choose the first result.
I'm moving from alarm.com to a micasa verde security system. These dome cameras are compatible, easy to install, have a better quality image than my old 2MP cameras, and at least for me Just Work. Just ordered 2 more of the 5MP bullets, hoping for similar success.
First of all, just know the image quality is very nice, no issues there.
Two major issues I'm having with this camera:
1) Camera does not allow for rotation of image, only mirroring 2) Camera will NOT allow configuration through NVR. All cameras can only be configured through their respective GUI. In practice, especially remotely, this is a PITA
