BEST ANSWER: Typical of many Monoprice products, the Premium 3.5mm Wired Earbuds sent to me were in small zip-closure bags with an easily removed barcoded paper label. BTW, I've found these earbuds to a great purchase, so much so that I went back and bought several more pairs. They have held up so well it may be a long time before I need one of the backup sets.

What is the length of the cord? I have my phone mounted on the dash and need a longer cord than the standard 3'.

Check your jurisdiction, but it is illegal in most places to have your headphones on while driving. I believe the rationale is you need to be able to hear what is going on around you for safety reasons.

I bought this but there is no way to connect to an apple device. these only have a standard audio jack while apple gear requires the lightning cable or usb c. It says apple or android - how do you connect to apple?

With a 3.5mm to Lighting/USB-C adapter. Those aren't very expensive, but it is an extra 3-4 inches you'll be adding to your earbud cord.

BEST ANSWER: No need for added amplification...they work just fine with adequate volume produced by your phone. Also, the inline microphone works well for calls, even better than using the speaker function of the phone w/out the earbuds plugged in. I find it better for reducing the possibility of exposing your brain to radiation from holding the phone up to your ear.

No. They do not need an amp. I highly recommend them. Good sound quality. Very long lasting. My cousin forgot them in his pocket. Washed his pants. After it got out of the washing machine it still worked.

Excellent Sound Quality, Short-Functional Life
Either you guys got a bad batch or the underlying supplier was changed on these; needless to say, these do not last. I've gone through 2 already since April 2024 and it's August 2024. These were really good headphones at a very reasonable price. If you have a Android phone where the earphone connect at the bottom of the phone, I would not purchase these earphones. They will not last.

Perfect for Classroom Use!
Got 30 of these for when they were $1 each. Bought them to tape to my student's desk when they need to watch a video or want to listen to something during class. They have been perfect for that and have held up for a week of class already which is hard to do in middle school. The sound is fine, I have better sounding headphones of course but that was not the purpose of buying these. I will buy more if they ever go back down to $1 in the future.

Best .99 cent earbuds you could want!
They are good sturdy and fully functional. They just aren't Premium. But for .99 cents what do you want? Best .99 cent ear buds out there! I got several pairs so I'm good to go without worries. Good deal overall, as usual for Monoprice. I've been buying from them for YEARS and have NEVER been disappointed!!

Good set of buds
Surprisingly good set of buds for the gym ... compared to many low end buds, they're heavier gauge, work well enough when used for the gym. I didn't expect much, but they're just fine. I bought two anticipating the worst case scenario, but as one who still uses wired equipment, I'm always impressed by Monoprice merch.

Good fit, low price, medium sound quality
They sound a bit tin-ny. Fit really well, especially if you don't like the teardrop shape of some other headphones. I would buy them again because of the low price, but they are not "premium."
