Yes. It has BNC connections used on CCTV cameras. It is not for cable TV.

How would I connect two 100' SDI cables together? I want to purchase two 100' cables, but if I need a longer run, I want to be able to connect both cables together.

BEST ANSWER: Hi Marcus,
To connect two Sdi cables together you will need a bnc barrel but make sure you get the one for hd-sdi, 75 ohms

You'd need an SDI Barrel (also called BNC Barrels). It's a small adapter with female SDI on both ends

Is this cable capable of transmitting 1080p60? I see that it's HD-SDI which is limited to 1080i from my understanding but I also see people saying that this cable is capable of 3gb/s which I think should be enough for 1080p60?

Heavy duty BNC cables
These are heavy duty wires. They work well for my video editing suite.

Great cable.
Good, sturdy HD SDI cable that works. I'm using this to go from my HD SDI front porch camera to the monoprice HD SDI to HDMI converter.

So far so good
I have used these cables for two auditorium installs so far and have had no problems. On was a 150ft run and the other was 100ft run and both worked well. Used with MP HDMI to SDI and SDI to HDMI converters with the cables. Its nice to be able to get everything I need for an install at one place.

Finally a good HD-SDI capable BNC cable from MP
Glad to report that these work great for running HD-SDI signals. The previous BNC cable monoproce sold (which I grant never advertised HD-SDI capabilities) could not reliably pass 1.5G signals, especially at longer lengths. I have tested these "viper" cables up to 200 feet and they have not had a single glitch. The cable is thicker than most which could mean good insulation. It makes them a little tough to wrangle but actually they are more flexible than some stiffer thinner cable I have used on set. All in all a very good value. The only question remaining is durability of the cable and heads over time.
PROS: Reliable for 1.5G HD-SDI signals
Thick, but relatively flexible
Lifetime warranty sounds encouraging
CONS: Thick, so somewhat stiff and a little difficult to wrangle
Heads are also pretty large and rigid, making these cables less than ideal for connecting in tight spaces
