Any concerns having the coax terminated at a wall plate? Any concerns putting two coax cables together with a connector (no splitter)?
A shopper

BEST ANSWER: Connecting a run of coax cable to a wall plate is a normal practice.
Connecting two coax cables together with a barrel connector is also a normal practice. But to meet code the connection has to be accessible and not hidden inside a wall. The connection can be located in an attic, crawlspace, or behind a wall plate.
Make sure that you use compression connectors and not screw on F-connectors. Also you need to use the correct connectors that match the type of coax.

No concerns, I think. I've got the transmitter connected from a PC to RG6, to premise RG6 (50m-70m), to a RG6 drop cable, to the receiver, then to a monitor via HDMI. I'm not analyzing signal strengths, but I can see it works.

Should be fine as long as the connection is clean and continuous. Haven’t tried with a splitter but I don’t believe it will work.

I need to extend HDMI about 200ft. through existing RG-59 Copper-Braid cable (the kind used for CCTV). What are the odds that the HDMI (1080P) would make the distance unscathed? If not, is there anything I could do to boost or equalize the signal to compensate for the additional capacitance of the cable?

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately we would not have a way to boost the signal that is coming out of these extenders.

Consumer video HDMI players transmit using YCbCr 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 color space. I am interested in using these to extend a computer HDMI output of 1920x1080 @ 59.94 Hz, RGB 24-bit 4:4:4 color space. Does the extender work with RGB 4:4:4 color space? If it support RGB on the source and display devices, does it do a conversion to YCbCr or transmit RGB over the wire?

These worked great
I had some other Baluns that were not performing very well, but put these in, instead and all the right colors were coming through!
