Unfortunately USB 3.0 tends to cause this, especially if used for high speed data like for hard drives or flash drives. You can try if separating your high speed data peripherals from the USB dongle might work, or try positioning the wireless dongle as close to the keyboard as possible. If you have a USB extension cable, you could try using that to place your dongle away from your USB 3.0 ports or devices. However it's possible that there is insufficient shielding or too much RF interference from your USB 3.0 ports, in which case wireless solutions would be problematic and wired peripherals might be better.
