Can the stand be configured to have the 3 screens on top and 1 on the bottom?

BEST ANSWER: Hello, due to the nature of this mount. It cannot be oriented that way and will only support 1 screen at the top and 3 at the bottom. Thank you for your inquiry!

I dont see any reason why you couldn't, just put the first stop on the tube, put the single monitor mount on the tube next, then the next stop, then the triple mount. it would be very top heavy though

Can I do 2 of the 27" Monoprice IPS monitors on the bottom and one of the same 27" on top for a three way setup? I am concerned that there will not be enough verticle clearance between the lower and upper monitors.

BEST ANSWER: I have a 32 inch and a 24 inch stacked with extra room. I think you will be ok. I have a 4 way setup but the side things move and you can keep the middle one unused and covered my the monitors. It's just that you will have 2 huge arms sticking out if you only use 2 monitors in the bottom.

I've setup a couple of these with 24" monitors all around, and we were still able to get around 6" - 8" of vertical adjustment I'd hazard a guess and say you should be fine.

I plan on using just 3 monitor on the bottom. Can the top mount for the 4th monitor be removed or adjusted to be hidden?

on Apr 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, that works. If you don't need the entire height of this quad stand, you might also want to consider the 13816, which is a triple monitor stand (however this does not go as high as the quad stand).

If I have three 28” monitors on the bottom what angle will they be? The picture listed shows an overhead view with 3 positions. I prefer to have the two outside monitors angled in toward the center as much as possible.
A shopper
on Nov 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi, if your goal is to have the two outside monitors angled in as much as possible, you might be limited as your screens approach the recommended 30" width. This is because the center monitor could limit the movement of the arms, in this case probably to around a 150 degree angle. Hope this helps.

what are the three degrees/posistions avialable on this stand for putting it in a corner?

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question.
There arms do not lock in at certain pints so these would allow for about 60 degrees of adjustment depending on hos much space your mount would allow for.

Is this compatible with the other arms like the quad pyramid? For example can I take the single monitor mount from the pyramid and put it on this one (And remove the center on this arm, as I am thinking of mounting the center monitor vertical so I would wanted it mounted at a different height from the other two)? Then interchange the base and clamp style mounts depending on my needs?

I plan on using a 32" in the middle, a 24 inch on top, and 20 inch monitors on the sides. Think this will fit? I know the 32 is bigger than what it says but I am curious since the others are so much smaller than the recommended 30" if it will all fit fine.

I have the Quad Monitor Pyramid Mount (Product # 15708) which looks like the Hex (Product #15709) without the upper arms. Two of my monitors started having issues and I purchased replacement monitors for them. It turns out the source of the issue were the external power supplies which were easily replaceable. I now have more monitors that the Quad can mount. Is there an upgrade to change the Quad into the Hex? As indicated earlier, it appears the only difference is the addition of the upper arms. And no, I am not interested in purchasing a whole new Hex mount. It is not in my budget.

Quad Monitor Pyramid Free Standing Desk Mount 15" - 30"
Nice and sturdy, however the "arms" were a bit too long. I tried to look for the dimensions. I didn't realize it was in metric so I had to guess...Well I guessed wrong. I couldn't use the "arms" since didn't have enough room on my desk.
I did use the stand without the arms. Should have looked for one that wasn't has long arms.

Good unit, but side arms sag a little, so they are not totally level with the middle monitor.
